I got to spend today with Tora. I can't tell you what number recertification this is for ACLS, PALS and BLS but this is the best one ever! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable but she is able to break down the knowledge and skills in a way that's easy to understand. HIGHLY recommend for law enforcement, EMTS and Medics that are not necessarily on a rig as well as on the rig. I promise you won't be disappointed 5 stars

And thank you so much for presenting PALS very well and down to earth. for years after having my kids I just would shut down with just about anything meds related and the way you presented everything was so awesome I felt like I was able to think clearly and I feel much more confident now that I did before. *Tora Gerrick is hands down the best American Heart instructor I have EVER had. My first class with her was a PALS course. I was blown away at how well she presented the information. The environment is relaxed and comfortable and she makes learning fun! When it was time to renew my ACLS, I actually looked forward to taking her course. ie was the first time I didn't dread going. And the first time everything finally made complete sense. I have worked in the OR for 22 years and thanks to Tora I feel like my practice is better than ever. I cannot say enough good things about Tora Gerrick's IV training course. I can say with honesty that I am no longer intimidated by the patient's that are a "hard stick". I worked at a surgery center for 5 years at which time I was placing Iv's daily. I had no idea that there was a tried-and-true technique that will make you successful with every patient you see! I am beyond thankful to Tora for her excellent training course.
